No matter who you are or what your avocation, there is a place for you in the Dixie Wing. Hard copy versions of both the CAF and Dixie Wing applications are available at the bottom of the page. (If you are already a CAF member, simply complete the Dixie Wing application and provide your Colonel number–you don't need to fill out another CAF application.)

Application Process:

1. Download and complete hard copy Dixie Wing Application (pdf format, must have front and back pages)
2. Download and complete hard copy CAF application (pdf format, must have front and back pages)
3. Make 2 checks: one payable to Dixie Wing, CAF for $4 for each full remaining month of the year (wing dues are $4/month, prorated from January).  The second check should be payable to the Commemorative Air Force for $200 ($160 CAF dues + $40 one-time HQ processing fee). 
4. Send hard copy of both applications, along with your checks, to:
